SEED, SOD & PLANT MATERIAL |

Our company provides and installs Sod or Hydro-seed for new yards . We do all grade work and ground preparation plus install the Sod or Seed. In addition to this we also install any type of plant material from small perennials to large caliper trees. We pride ourselves on providing you with the finest grade work in the area. All of our Sod and Seed is suited for this area as our the plants we install. We use local distributors to purchase our Sod and Plant material from. We have great suggestions as to what plants will do well here plus add to the value and beauty of your home or business. Below you will find a sample breakdown of the cost involved with Sodding VS. Hydroseeding. As always, price will vary on the site conditions and specific needs you have. We have also included a few pictures of some yards we have done. |

SOD PRICING
If you have bare ground and have a basic “contractors finish grade” we will come in and do the fine grading and Sod for $0.32 cents to $0.35 cents per sq. ft. This includes all labor, material and clean up. As with any job we need to see it to give an accurate price. We can also remove old Sod, re-grade your lot and lay new Sod. We would need to see this type of job to provide a solid bid price. |

Hydro-seeding Pricing
If your bare ground has a basic “contractors finish grade” we will come in and fine grade the lot and Hydro-seed for $0.12 to $0.15 Cents per sq. ft. This does include all labor and material for our yard grass which is a Kentucky blue grass mix. We need to do an onsite visit to prepare an exact bid. We can also Hydro-seed other types of grass seed, such as Sodar, or Sheep Fescue. These are a more drought tolerant grass. In addition to this we can Hydro-seed native grass mixes and wildflowers. These prices are different from the yard mix and we need to do an onsite visit to get you the exact amount. Below you will see a before and after picture of a yard we cleaned up, put a sprinkler system in and then Hydro-seeded. |

PLANT MATERIAL
There is no end to the type and variety of plant material we can and do provide and install. We can remove old, overgrown or dead plants and replace them with new ones. We can add, create or clean up planting beds and give a whole new look to your yard, home or business. We work on new and existing homes or businesses.
