All sprinkler systems are fully automatic and are self draining. This means you will not have to winterize (blow-out) your lines in the fall. We are so confident in the self draining system that we warranty the system against freezing for life. ( As long as the water is turned off completely at the appropriate time.) The material used throughout the entire system is commercial grade quality. All pipe in the system will be schedule 40 PVC, with all sprinkler heads on a flexible funny pipe riser. The back-flow valve and electronic valves will be in green valve boxes at finished grade level so you can mow over them. All heads are at finished grade level also, except for those in flower beds. We also offer drip irrigation systems. The sprinkler heads, valves and timers will be IRRITROL, RAINBIRD & TORO brands and come with a three year manufactures warranty. A $55.00 service charge will apply for other problems caused by negligence, vandalism, misuse etc. All systems come with a 100% head to head overlap guarantee. (In lawn areas). The price of the system includes all material, labor, taxes and permits. We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured company with 24 years of experience and service in the area. We will match or beat any certified and licensed competitors written bid, using the same material. |

When we design a sprinkler system we customize it for your yard using a variety of quality products. As mentioned above the products are all commercial grade and come with full warranties. SERVICE & REPAIR
We can service and repair any type or brand of sprinkler system. Sometimes we have to use a different part or brand than what was originally installed. But we will guarantee that your system will be in good operating order when we are finished. A standard service call is $55.00 The cost of parts is in addition to this. A service call covers up to one hour of work.
Winterization/Blowouts: We also offer a blowout service to winterize your system. This is also a $55.00 service call. NOTE: If we installed your residential sprinkler system it will be self-draining and will not need blown out. |

PRICING INFORMATION
Prices on sprinkler systems vary greatly depending upon the size and configuration of each yard. To be accurate on pricing we need to come to your home, take some measurements and give you a free estimate. Listed below are a few examples of different sized yards & costs.
